This is the Bike Ride set and coordinating thin-let dies, used to do a challenge with INKSpirations #16 (the challenge is below) Check out their FaceBook Page.
I'm not sure I would have ordered this set, it was given to me at the OnStage Event in Savannah last spring. Stampin' Up really showers their demonstrators with prizes from the prize patrol!!! Can't wait of Stampin' Up's next event in Orlando, FL 2018.
Teh set was so much fun to play with, and I've seen so many cute cards made using it that Im happy to have won it!
The colors used are:
The embossed piece is done with the Seaside Embossing Folder, and the twine is Dapper Denim. Circle framelits were used. I am getting a lot of use with these. I have circles, ovals, and the coordinating stitched framelets. And just ordered the squares.
This really challenged me to use these muted colors. And I had a learning curve with the stamps and dies. lots of 2 stop stamping. Like the wheels, peddle, seat, hand grips, basket, and dogs scarf. It was like putting a puzzle together . My tip for using this set, is when you stamp th wheels, stamp the inside ring first, then the wheel and spokes second. It's much easier to line up that way.
Try a challenge, either a template or color challenge or both. I always learn something when I do!
